This simplified gate cut system is compactly designed in consideration |

of gate cutting in limited space and system addition to existing |
| |
equipments. |

The nipper temperature can be digitally adjusted with a program and |
| |
the nipper speed can be adjusted using dial controller. |

A new mechanism, hybrid of the air cylinder and servo motor, has been |

adopted to nipper drive. Speed can be controlled properly, which |

reduces cracks usually led by air-driven operation. |

plate. Equipped with two gate cut units, which corresponds to 8-second |
