The ATB-150 robot is an inexpensive, simple and highly reliable part extraction robot.
The robot incorporates an improved, rigid single stage pneumatic driven main arm assembly.
The robot has our simple to use G type controller that is the same as used on our popular sprue picker robots.

  Production data such as; the number of good shots, and the number of bad parts can be displayed.
Auto movement to the waiting position
  The robot can be returned to the home position automatically by the operator without jogging of each individual axis.
Multi-lingual display (optional)
  The " multi-ligual display function " aimed for the overseas use allows you to select a language from Japanese, English and Chinese of from Japanese, English and Korean.
Corresponding function to Mold Mate (optional)
  You can use our easy-to-use production monitoring package "Mold Mate" from the controller without having a separate interface unit.

The robot incorporates an improved, rigid telescoping pneumatic driven main arm assembly to conserve overhead clearance.
The robot has our simple to use G type controller that is the same as used on our popular sprue picker robots.
The ATBII-150 robot is for molding machines from 50 to 220-tons. The ATBII-300 robot is for molding machines from 220 to 350-tons.
